Kick-off Meeting for the CORNET WAPOLYSIS Project at CELABOR on Monday, October 12

Through this research project, the partners are tackling water contamination caused by microplastics by combining innovative technologies based on photocatalysis and ultrasound treatment.

This ambitious program aims to remove these virtually invisible pollutants from industrial wastewater discharges and municipal wastewater treatment plant effluents.

By developing and integrating these complementary technologies, the project seeks to provide effective and sustainable solutions for improving water quality and protecting the environment.

This project is being carried out under the CORNET Collective Research Programme, funded by the Walloon Public Service for Economy, Employment and Research SPW Economie Emploi Recherche.

More information about the project is available on the WAPOLYSIS project webpage: WAPOLYSIS Project
