Celabor has a 200-liter capacity treatment pilot combining advanced oxidation processes such as ozonation, photocatalysis, etc. An activated carbon filter can be added as a final step. This pilot enables the elimination of persistent compounds such as micropollutants, dyes, pharmaceutical compounds, and bacteria. This pilot was designed and validated within the framework of R&D projects such as Cornet AOPTi, DAF3D, and the TOCEP project (see projects tab).

Celabor has a pilot-scale membrane filtration unit with a capacity of 10 liters. This pilot can be used by industrial companies to test different membranes to validate their water treatment steps. Depending on the membrane used, the pilot can be operated for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, or reverse osmosis. This pilot was created as part of the win2wall GEPI4REE project to develop a process for boron removal from wastewater.

In very specific cases where classic or advanced water treatment techniques cannot provide a satisfactory solution to industrial companies, Celabor has a laboratory-scale evaporation pilot (1 liter) and a pilot-scale unit with a capacity of 10 liters. This equipment can be used by industrial companies to test the possibility of concentrating their effluent water by evaporation under reduced pressure.

Celabor has a laboratory pilot simulating the coagulation-flocculation and decantation steps of a water treatment plant. It determines the optimal doses of reagents (coagulants, flocculants) and agitation speeds to clarify water, using a multi-beaker stirrer to observe floc formation. This pilot can be used by industrial companies to validate their physicochemical water treatment process. This pilot was created and validated as part of the win2wall BIOFLOC project and various technological vouchers with local industrial partners.
