Subcritical Water Extraction (SWE) uses pressurized water as a green solvent to selectively extract and fractionate bioactive compounds without the need for organic solvents. Available from laboratory to pilot scale, this technology is particularly effective for lignocellulosic biomass processing, hydrolysis applications, and the recovery of flavonoids and other high-value natural compounds.

Supercritical CO₂ extraction (SFE-CO₂) uses carbon dioxide as a green solvent to produce high-quality extracts free from solvent residues. Available from 20 g laboratory scale to 1–2 kg pilot scale, this technology is particularly effective for recovering carotenoids, PUFA, cannabinoïdes, essential oils, and other lipophilic bioactive compounds.

Molecular distillation is a gentle high-vacuum purification technology used to separate heat-sensitive and high-boiling compounds. It is particularly suited for oil deodorization, oil fractionation, and contaminant removal, enabling the production of high-purity ingredients while preserving bioactive compound integrity.

Membrane filtration ensures selective separation by pressure gradient on volumes ranging from 1 L (lab) to 20 L (pilot). With a complete range extending from microfiltration (0.22 µm) to nanofiltration (150-300 Da), we are able to clarify complex liquid extracts or specifically concentrate and fractionate bioactive molecules according to their molecular weight.

Final drying is crucial for the stability of active ingredients. We offer lyophilization, from lab to pilot scale (25 L/batch), to preserve the most thermosensitive products, as well as atomization at lab scale (500 mL) and pilot scale (2-5 L/h). These technologies allow you to transform your liquid extracts into stable powders, ready for use or encapsulated to protect volatile aromas.

We combine Centrifugal Partition Chromatography (CPC) and Flash Chromatography to isolate and purify high-value compounds from complex natural matrices.
