One year of collaboration in the 4Sir2 project !
Last week, Soukaina Hilali and Kevin Léonard from Celabor srl participated in the 4sir2eu consortium meeting held on 22-23 September in Riga, together with all project partners.
This meeting marked an important milestone for the project: one year of collaboration, research, and joint efforts towards developing more sustainable and healthier beverage solutions.
During the meeting, partners had the opportunity to share the progress achieved so far, discuss the results obtained during the first year, and define the next steps for the coming months.
The 4sir2eu project brings together expertise from across Europe to explore new approaches for creating a functional beverage based on natural ingredients and the valorisation of fruit processing by-products, contributing to more sustainable food systems.
As a partner in this European initiative, Celabor srl is proud to contribute to this collaborative effort, working alongside research organisations, universities, and industry partners towards innovation in the food sector.
A special thank you to our colleagues at the Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry (LSIWC) for hosting the consortium meeting in Riga and for the excellent organisation, hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged fruitful discussions and exchanges.
Looking forward to continuing this exciting journey together!
