DAF3D Completed

Antibacterial textiles and 3D filters for process water treatment.

The DAF3D project aims to develop and validate an antimicrobial filter combining functionalized textiles and 3D-printed supports for the treatment of process water at a demonstration scale.

The objective of the DAF3D project is to develop and validate a new antimicrobial filter based on functionalized textiles impregnated with antimicrobial agents and 3D-printed support materials for the treatment of process water at a demonstration scale. The goal is to enable and maximize the safe reuse of process water in several industrial processes, thereby decreasing water consumption and reducing costs. Learn more about the Daf3D project
